Owlet brand distribution authorization

Owlet Baby Care, Inc. confirmed in a formal Letter of Authorization dated 15 July 2026 that Baby Grow FZC is its exclusive authorized distributor for the named Owlet products in the United Arab Emirates, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, State of Kuwait and State of Qatar.

• Dream Sock® in Mint, Dusty Rose and Bedtime Blue
• Dream Sight™
• Dream Duo™

Authorization period and rights

The authorization is effective from 23 June 2026 through 23 June 2028, unless terminated earlier under an applicable agreement. It authorizes Baby Grow FZC to import, distribute, market, promote and sell the named products; appoint dealers, resellers and retail partners where applicable and subject to Owlet policies; and represent the Owlet brand in commercial activities related to those products within the four named countries.

Important regulatory distinction

This is a commercial brand-distribution authorization. It is separate from product- and market-specific medical-device registration. SFDA Medical Device Marketing Authorization MDMA-2-2026-3074 separately covers Dream Sock Infant Vital Sign Monitors and the Dream Sock Mobile Application in Saudi Arabia. That SFDA authorization does not cover Dream Sight.
