Shipping policy

Standard delivery is free for eligible orders across the GCC. A delivery charge of AED 30 may apply to spare parts or other items where the charge is displayed before checkout.

UAE delivery

Orders placed before 4:00 pm on a business day are generally delivered on the next business day. Remote-area, peak-period and carrier delays may extend delivery time.

Other GCC destinations

Standard delivery generally takes 2–3 business days after dispatch. Customs, local clearance or remote-area processing may require additional time. Any destination-country duties or taxes not collected at checkout remain the customer's responsibility.

The final delivery charge and available service are shown before order submission. Tracking information is provided when the order is dispatched.
