Owlet ME expects its employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and representatives to conduct business with integrity, professionalism, respect, and compliance with applicable laws.
Core Standards
- Act honestly and ethically in all business dealings.
- Treat customers, colleagues, partners, and suppliers with respect and without harassment or discrimination.
- Comply with applicable laws, regulations, product requirements, consumer protection rules, privacy obligations, and advertising standards.
- Avoid conflicts of interest or disclose them when they may affect business judgment.
- Protect confidential information, customer data, company systems, and intellectual property.
- Keep accurate records and do not falsify reports, orders, invoices, claims, or business information.
Customers and Product Claims
Representatives must communicate product information responsibly and should not make medical, regulatory, warranty, delivery, or performance claims that are not approved for the market or supported by official Owlet ME materials.
Reporting Concerns
Anyone who becomes aware of suspected misconduct, fraud, unsafe activity, privacy misuse, or policy violations should report the concern to Owlet ME support or management for review.
