Owlet ME reviews refund requests according to the order status, product condition, reason for return, and applicable consumer protection rules in the customer’s market.
Order Cancellations
- Orders may be eligible for cancellation before they are processed or handed to the courier.
- Once an order has been processed, shipped, or delivered, the request may need to follow the return review process.
- Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where possible.
Returns and Refund Review
- To request a refund, contact Owlet ME support with your order number, contact details, product name, and reason for the request.
- Returned products may be inspected before a refund decision is completed.
- Products must be returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging where applicable.
- Refund approval is subject to product condition, return eligibility, and Owlet ME support review.
Shipping Fees
- Standard product orders ship free across the GCC.
- Spare parts orders carry a flat shipping fee of 30 AED.
- Original shipping fees for spare parts may not be refundable unless required by applicable law or approved by Owlet ME support.
